PEPSA to prosecute landlords that do not provides toilets facilities

Plateau Environmental Protection and Sanitation Agency (PEPSA) has concluded plans to began arresting and prosecuting  anybody found dumping refuse in gutters and any Landlord that did not provides toilet and other necessary sanitary facilities.
Speaking to the Grassroots news in his office, The General manager of PEPSA Mr. Christopher Longnas said, the agency has concluded plans to start action as securities personnel have been alerted and 9 Mobile Courts have been put in place to arrest and prosecutes violators.
He advised offices and shop owners to desist from dumping waste in drainages to allow free flow of water as the rainy season sets in, in order to promote safe, healthy environment and to avoid been prosecuted when caught.

Mr. Longnas also warned landlords who did provides toilet facilities to prepare to face the wrath of the law as the government has created nine 9 mobile courts to prosecute defaulters,
adding that the agency has already embarked on massive awareness campaign, beginning with religious leaders.
